Today it all begins. Tomorrow will be P89X.
I ate my first P90x meal this morning and it was more food than I thought. I will be back later to give you my thoughts on the first day.

- I am a 33 year old husband and father of two who decided one day that I wasn't getting younger and the window to physical fitness was closing on me. I had always been an athlete my whole life and eating like crap and working at a desk once my college hockey days were behind me really helped pack on the pounds. I am just your average Joe who had enough and is going to test myself by trying to complete a 90 day exteme workout program.
